General Internet Modem Settings

Default router, DNS and SMTP settings are below.

ADSL

PPP protocol: PPP over ATM (PPPoA) with VC-multiplexed encapsulation (VC-MUX)
VPI: 0
VCI: 100
IP MTU: 1500 Bytes or AUTO

Username: You should have received an email confirming the username of your connection. If you are not sure of your username you can just use the default username user@kiwivoip.co.nz or log a support ticket by emailing helpdesk@kiwivoip.co.nz

Password: This will be your kiwivoip password.

VDSL

PPP protocol: PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)
Encapsulation: 802.1Q ( Also known as VLAN tagging)
VLAN tag ID:10
IP MTU: 1500 Bytes or AUTO

Username: You should have received an email confirming the username of your connection. If you are not sure of your username you can just use the default username user@kiwivoip.co.nz or og a support ticket by emailing helpdesk@kiwivoip.co.nz

Password: This will be your kiwivoip password.

UFB

PPP protocol: Encapsulation Protocol: PPP over Ethernet (PPPoE)
Encapsulation: 802.1Q ( Also known as VLAN tagging)
VLAN tag ID :10
IP MTU: 1500 Bytes or AUTO

Username: Please use the username that we have provided. This would have been emailed to you. Please log a support ticket by emailing helpdesk@kiwivoip.co.nz if you do not have this.

Password: This will be your kiwivoip password.
