Grandstream provides multiple models of Analogue Telephone Adaptors such as HT701, HT801, and several others. To use Kiwi VoIP’s platforms with these ATAs, certain key settings must be adjusted as outlined below. In case any particular setting is not mentioned below, it is recommended to keep it at its default factory setting.
To determine the IP address of your Grandstream, follow these steps: First, plug an analog phone into port 1, which is indicated by a green plug with the number 1. Next, press the star key three times (***) to access the IVR menu. Wait until you hear the prompt “Enter the menu option.” Then, press 02, and the Grandstream will announce its current IP address.

If you are connecting your Grandstream ATA to a Fax machine then please adjust the settings as followed:
Please goto the bottom and push Update, then back to the bottom and push apply. You may need to reboot the device at this stage
