Login to our portal at
https://portal.kiwivoip.co.nz
Click on Broadband at the top of the screen
Click on Order broadband on the left menu
Enter your address into the “start typing address here” field
When you select your address click on the
You will see a menu like this
Select Change my current broadband connection, you will see a new menu appear like this
You will need to get the ASID from your old provider, once you have this fill in the above details along with your account number and continue
Fill in all the details and hit the button
You will recieve a email from our system with the order details.
