You can move your existing mobile number to Kiwi VoIP for free when you activate your SIM.

You’ll need the following information to complete our digital form.

If your previous account was Pre Pay

Your Mobile Number – this is the number you want to move to Kiwi VoIP

Your Current Provider Name

The SIM serial number of the SIM Card associated with this account (usually printed on the front of the SIM)

Email address – this must be an address you have access to as we will use it to communicate with you about your port

If your previous account as On Account

Your Mobile Number – this is the number you want to move to Kiwi VoIP

Your Current Provider Name.

Your Current Account Number.  You can find your account number by reviewing an invoice from your previous mobile provider.

Email address – this must be an address you have access to as we will use it to communicate with you about your port

If you are unable to find your old serial number or account number, we recommend contacting your previous mobile provider.
